Help, I dont wish to be mean but this place should be a goldmine, but its not. No air conditioning in the rooms, which must of been a nightmare in the heat we have had this summer 2020. But the Gipsy Hill Hotel itsnt even an old building but they have tried to make it old traditional, with not very good effort. Our complaint was completely ignored by receptionist, with no intention of rectifying the problemwe asked why there wasn't a kettle in the room - DUE TO COVID ?!?! Is parking available at Gipsy Hill Hotel? We cant understand that as surely its not hard to put a minimum amount of items in a room, after all they have to wipe down the tv control so why not a kettle.
